Holiday Hours for VDLP

Please note the following regarding our Holiday break.

Our office will be closed from Thursday December 22nd through Monday January 2nd.  We will re-open on Tuesday January 3rd.  We are currently in the middle of our move to our new home, the Vail Innovation Center.  So if you email or leave a message, please expect a delay in someone getting back to you.
We will be having limited testing days/hours next week for students finishing their classes.  Testing will be done at the District Office on the following days from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm:

  • Tuesday December 27th
  • Thursday December 29th

On Tuesday January 3rd, we will resume testing at the Vail Innovation Center (10775 E Mary Ann Cleveland Way).   If students are planning on taking your Cumulative Exam, please be sure they have been approved by their teacher to take the Exam.  They should then contact Mrs. Devaughn at 879-1908 or to schedule their testing time.

Just as you are hoping to spend quality time with your families over the next two weeks, so are our hard-working teachers.  Therefore our teachers will not be working on the following dates:

– Saturday Dec. 24th
– Sunday Dec. 25th
– Saturday Dec. 31st
– Sunday Jan. 1st

On these dates, our teachers will not be logging into the system, completing Reviews, granting Retakes or checking email.  Students will be able to log in and work every day of the next two weeks.  However they should anticipate delays on these dates.

We are very excited to be opening our new home for Open Lab and Testing next month!  The Vail Innovation Center will be open for Testing starting Tuesday January 3rd.  Open Lab will resume on Monday January 9th.  We will share more information regarding our new Open Lab hours prior to opening on the 9th.

In the meantime, if students are ready to start your next semester of classes, please contact us by email us at to let us know.  Also, if students are planning on changing schools or your anticipated schedule of classes, please let us know right away so we can assist you.

We wish you all a joyous holiday season!
